    hi, im 16, 9 and half stone weight and around 5,10 height. I joined the gym recently and im looking to make the best possible gains. so how does this look.

    Monday - back, bicep and abs,Swimming( Jacuzzi, steam room, 18 lengths
    Tuesday - Cardio(high intensity jogging, cycling)chest,shoulder and tricep
    Wednesday - legs, Swimming
    Thursday - repeat monday
    Friday - repeat tuesday
    Saturday - repeat wednesday
    Sunday- rest

    my workout is as follows;
    back, bicep and abs,
    Ab machine
    Deadlifts
    Pullups

    Oblique machine
    T-bar Row
    hammer curls


    bridge
    lat pull downs
    preacher curls



    Barbell row
    1 Arm Dumbbell Row
    chest, shoulder and tricep
    bench press
    diamond pushups with claps
    incline dumbbell fly



    dips
    shrugs
    shoulder press



    incline barbell bench,
    dumbbell side lateral raise,
    rope push downs,



    chest pressStanding dumbell extension (tricep)

    legs
    Leg extensions
    Squats
    Leg press
    One Legged Machine Calf Raises
    Quad machine
    for heavy lifting i do 3 sets of 5 reps and normal 3 sets of 10-12 reps
