    I was posting in the OT thread about the exercises I do and it was suggested to me to include more pulling techniques.

    Attached is my current workout plan for the week. Wednesday is cardio: 45-60 minutes of skipping.

    Weekends are generally rest days but swim most Saturdays (nothing too strenuous).

    Not sure if it's obvious from that what I'm trying to achieve but a little bulk is the goal.

    I'm not looking for someone to overhaul my current plan, just some suggestions on tweaks, additions, removals etc.
