Beretta owns both companies, as well as Tikka, Sako and a bunch of shotgun manufacturers.

Steiner Nighthunter 3-15x56 has a decent glass, however they have really terrible tunnel effect on all magnifications and narrow field of view. Illumination control is also hard to handle compared to others.

Their 2-10x50 model is much better and 1-5x24 is in my opinion the best one in this series (on the same level or even better as Magnus 1-6.3x24).
