I need bigger tubs of Quark

    At present I can only find "Kilbeg Dairies" Quark which comes in a 200g pot. Anybody know where I can buy bigger pots

    Dunnes sell Golden Acre Quark 250g, thats the only one I know of. Might be worth having a look in Polish shops for twarog I think it's the same thing.

    I use the tesco healthy living fromage frais. €1.59 for 500g. The texture seems pretty similar to quark I got in lidl a few years back (may have been a special?) Macros per 100g are 45 cal, 7.8/3.3/0.2 PCF

    What does quark taste like? ive a chocolate protein cake recipe and quark is a main ingredient.

    It's similar to natural yogurt. In France I was able to pick up 500g pots for under 2 euro so was hoping for something similar over here. Cracker bread + peanut butter+ jam + quark = all the noms.

    It's nothing like yoghurt
    It's like ricotta, rich and yum
    The biggest reason why to eat quark... it has on average 18g protein, yoghurt around 5
