Sweat during and after workout causing rashes

Hi not sure if anyone has had this and has a good tip. I sweat an awful lot in my bottom crack in the gym. So much so it's causing a rash. Tried loads of powder before during and after workout but to no avail. A mate suggests a "train" of tampons in the ass crack to absorb the sweat but I think this could look silly

You can get extra strong antiperspirants in chemists which last for days, or even weeks after application. You have to be bone dry applying and bone dry afterwards otherwise you get actual chemical burns. You have to have a shower to wash it off afterwards. You are meant to put it on at night and wash in the morning, but if you were sweating at night you could get irritation.

The other advantage is that it is not visible and so does not get on clothes.

They are brands like driclor and perspirex

They are just highly concentrated forms of the stuff in regular anti perspirants, no fragrance.

Does the rash clear up if you don't go gym for a few days?

Have you ever heard of using tampons during the work out?
