I have a very sore neck. It makes clicking. I am 14. Please be helpful and don't say, see a doctor or see a chiropractor. Give me tips please. Thanks.

It IS being helpful to advise going to a doctor.

You should understand that while there are lots of things the helpful people on this message board can say about neck exercises, whether thats strength, flexibility or something else there are so many things that can go wrong too.

If you go see a doctor, physio, chiropractor or osteo they many diagnose that there's something causing all the clicking and pain. Until you go through a program with them you won't resolve the issue. If you start an exercise program on your own you could make it worse. I've had neck pain my whole life but never resolved it until I went to a good osteo.

The rules are there to help you. Best of luck with it.

Sorry for coming off as rude. I am just ticked off about this is all. Is your neck better now?
