fine tuning diet

    Hi everyone,

    Basically im looking to fine tune my diet in terms of calories protein is my main source with carbs and fat coming in 2nd at equal intervals, I dont usually track my meals everyday but usually is almost always @ 40% protien 30% carbs and 30% fat

    I do however know this isn't the best idea in long term ( uric acid etc) so im wondering whats a good alternate ratio?? im on 2000-2200 per day and im not sure but i reckon 200g of protein per day isn't good as long term, ive basically gained 7kg of lean muscle over 2 years and now im looking to just maintain as i fight so its important to stay close to my weight.

    At the moment my carb intake is 150g per day roughly but as im trying to lose 2kg and training twice per day 6 days a week. Im currently 12% BF @ 74KG and need to be around 71.5-72kg so i think it could be upped slightly?? I have a good base in nutrition i understand alot about it but i know theres people here who can give me better advice :cool:. Ive a very clean diet too nothing bad at all. just want the macro ratios correct
