A perfect sleep (wanted again)

Went to bed (in an mobile home while working in construction ) on a Monday night in July 1991. Got up the next morning after the best sleep I ever had. Everything was as easy as pie, using a shovel was like putting a spoon into a sugar bowl, I had as much energy as I ever had before.

And yet Tuesday night sleep was as normal, couldn't get out of bed (head wanted out but body said no). And so it continues, alarm clock needed.

Have you ever had a version of my perfect sleep? More than once? How regularly?

I have tried to work out if anything on the Monday was different to another day and I can't pin-point anything. I would give anything to have a sleep like it again.
