Cruciate Ligament Damage

    Hi all

I had a pretty bad fall and I have torn a cruciate ligament in my ankle

I am to be on crutches for the next 2 weeks and off work for a week

I was wondering when I can get back into the gym? My routine is spinning, kettebells, running/cross trainer and boxing. I would also do a lot of lunges/ squats and walking

    Thanks:)

First of all, who told you that you tore your 'cruciate' in your ankle?

There is no crutiate lig in your ankle, did you mean talocrual? or maybe crutiate in your Knee?

Sorry to hear that, sounds sore!
So did you tear the ligaments around the calcaneous on the outside of the heel bone?
