How's my new diet?

    Hi guys,
    I recently started back at the gym trying to shed a few pounds and overall get into some sort of shape, and I've decided to clean up my diet to go along with it.
    I posted this in the fitness logs along what my gym routine but I just saw in the charter that its not allowed so I'll put it here instead.
    If I post my daily food intake for say the next week, hopefully you guys can offer some advice as to whats good and whats not!

    Day 1 (03/07/13)
    Breakfast 9am...before the gym
    -2 eggs scrambled
    -1 slice wholewheat toast

    Lunch 1pm
    Turkey Stir-fry with
    spinach
    sugar snap peas
    broccoli
    small portion of noodles

    Dinner 6.30pm
    I knew I'd be busy in the evening so made enough at lunch to do me. Basically same as above!

    Snacks
    1 diet yogurt
    handful blueberries

    Estimate about 3L of water (including what I drank during the workout)
    Had a protein shake also after the gym!

    Day 2 (04/07/13)
    Breakfast 9am...before the gym
    -Bowl of porridge with some blueberries mixed through

    Lunch 2pm
    -2 eggs scrambled
    -2 slices McCambridges bread
    -Diet yogurt

    Dinner 7pm
    -Sirloin steak
    -Brocolli
    -Green beans
    -Sugar snap peas
    -Bit of ketchup but no other sauces

    Again had a protein shake after the gym.
    Approx 3L of water


    So guys, whats the verdict on the first 2 days??

    How many calories is it? How many calories do you require? Doesn't seem like a lot of food.

    Ditch the diet yogurts.
