Seen this documentary last night, not sure if it was posted here before.

Pretty inspirational...but...also shows the dedication and mental toll such a transition can take.

He goes from normal, slightly overweight to competition physique in 6 months.

Have a watch, might learn or at least take something away from it

Yeah I've seen this. Pretty sure it's over a year though. The toll it takes on his life sounds horrible though and he says it himself if he knew beforehand what he was getting himself into he wouldn't have done it.

Also lol at the natural comment at the start.

Very good, fair play to him, some serious dedication. Quiet motivational.

    Actually enjoyed watching that.

Are there any other such videos on el youtubo that are worth watching? Preferably a bit lengthy (30-90 mins)? :)

its a good watch. Watched it twice.

    Yeah, 12 months.

First 6 months is bulking. Which he finds easy.

Then 6 months cutting which he finds very hard!

    Ridiculously good transformation though

Its amazing how relatively little mass looks so "bodybuilder" as very low body fat

Was it not a case that there was a substantial period of time between the first 6 months and the second 6 months? He seemed to say that he let himself go and put on a stack of weight after the first 6 to a point where he was worse off than before he began. Which makes the second 6 months even more impressive.

    Great watch though. Very insightful.

Does anybody have any links to any more films of similar content?

I watched about 30 mins on my lunch break. It's certainly interesting and contains lots of little motivational tools. It certainly hammers home how much of a long term approach needs to be taken to body transformation. Thanks for putting it here.

Great video. Would have liked a bit more on what Stuart was doing during the day when not at the gym. As in, what were his working hours like. Did he ever go out drinking or step out of line (apart from a burrito) in those 6 months of cutting.

What was the 'toll' on his life?

He says at the start he was constantly stressed, felt horrible and his hormones were up and down. HE also says he spent $4,000 on supplements in one year. Which tbh I don't even see how that's possible, but I'm sure there's a lot I don't know.

Also his friends and family weren't overly happy with the whole experiment. Remember him crying while driving saying nobody wanted him to start and if anyone liked him any more.
Thats alot of emotional crap to put up with as well.
