wiring a cd player, which connection ??

    On the stock one you have both standard ISO connections, the black one is power and the white one is speakers. The yellow mini ISO connects to the display and stalk controls.

    The new cd player should have come with a loom to plug into the back that the ISO connectors fit in. You will lose the external display and remote

    on the stock dash? as in the time and temp display? is there no way i can keep these ?

    The time and temp will still work but thats all

    ok,, gotcha now..

    turns out the yellow cable is actually for the steering wheel radio controls..

    so its taking a while to remember i cant hire/lower/change tracks from the steering wheel :)
