Why do junkies/scumbags feel the need to do this. This is the second time I've seen junkies/scumbags do this with people around. Do they have no shame. I nearly got sick. The Junkie man tried to cover her with a jacket all right but still and vice versa but ugh

I always wonder the same thing too. Where do homeless people take their ****. Its not like they could walk into Mcdonalds or Burger King and use their toilets when needed like the rest of the folk...
