lower back issues-returning to running

    Hi,

    I hurt my back last week and it went into a very bad spasm but after a few days of rest and medication it has returned to almost normal, it still is a little sensitive, it can be achy especially around hips and lower back and I have returned to work this week.

    I want to get back to running but not sure how long should I leave it to settle or reintroduce a fitness routine.

    any advice would be welcomed :)

    Have you seen a medic or physiotherapist about it?
