Anyone know anywhere to buy the rarest, most durable and best value knee sleeves out there, cheap? :D

...I got mine off strength shop. It was between them and jackals gym when I was buying!!

    What kind of foam roller....?

Consider getting a good one like the grid - you'll never have to buy another one.

I have used the grid in the past and I definatly agree with you there. I never knew it was called "grid" though. I will check out where to purchase that one over google. Generally its to help my mobility for low bar squatting (i have a desk job so 6 hours sitting)

I got my Rehbands (knee sleeves & elbow sleeves) and a few other things from Jackals gym.

Whatever size you think you are, go at LEAST one size down.
