    Hi Guys,
I have been looking at the websites some of the companies that provide commercial gym equipment with a view to kitting out a PT studio. Would be looking to purchase mostly strength equipment and a small bit of cardio equipment. Would be open to buying new or used stuff.
Does anyone have any previous experiences with : MC Sport, Strength & fitness.ie, Irish Lifting, D8 Fitness, Pro Fitness Supplies, Expert Leisure...? Would I better off getting some equipment from UK? Would love to hear any experiences people have had with these companies?

Dealt with d8 and Irish lifting - both backed by great guys with good service.

I'd stay away from MC sport if for no other reason than the price!!

Also you can get a real bargain on second hand commercial equipment on done deal, gumtree, adverts, etc...

    Thanks for replies.
In relation to 2nd hand stuff, donedeal, adverts etc is certainly a possibility and i will be keeping the eye open. Have bought KB's from D8 before, great price and good service. Havent dealt with irish Lifting before but will certainly be looking into it.
Ye i found with MC sport that the website is well laid out and impressive but seems to be a tad bit overpriced on some products compared with other companies.Hanley, do you have any recomendations of where to buy quality bumper plates and a lifting platform?

Mark in D8 has some good bumpers. And just build your own platforms!
