    Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone could give me some insight into the relationship between fiber & carbohydrate and also its relationship with sugar.

Im currently on a diet to cut fat at the moment and im eating just over 150g of carbs per day and about 45-50g is fiber

So does this mean im on just over 100g of carbs per day or what??

If it is European packaging then the carb total listed is net of fibre ie the fibre has already been subtracted. On American food labels the carbs include fibre so you have to subtract it yourself for the net total
