Well, it sounds like your weight is fine from a BMI perspective. Do you think you are fat?

If you wanna get running, maybe try the couch to 5k training: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

Swimming is good for bringing up the level of your body as a whole from what I know.

sounds strange but standing up straight in the mirror I look but I have a lot of cellulite around my stomach, Then when I'm sitting down i'v lots of fat around my stomach. I also have a bad case of 'man boobs' but I think that more of a family trait.

    Hey Carzony.

First off, what are your goals? Do you have a specific goal that you'd like to achieve in say, 6 months time? Maybe lose some weight and be able to run a certain distance? If that's it, then write it down and pin it to a cork board or post it above your bed. That whole mental note is very good to look at every day. When you see

Next, do you have access to a gym or some gym equipment? That would be something you could definitely look into.

Diet is very key also. Sleep too.

If you are looking to lose weight, eating at a -500 caloric deficit is a great way to do it.
So, go to this simple website, http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html
and fill in your weight height age and activity level. It will then calculate your TDEE, in which you subtract 500 from. This gives your total calories that you should be eating a day. Anything over and you may be gaining weight. So keep it below that number.

Have you ever tried to lift weights much? This can help you lose more weight than cardio alone, as your body is working harder than normal.

I don't have a 'goal' really. I'm just starting to get a bit worried about my health more than anything. I'm totally out of shape for a 21 year old! I mean my arms are just tiny and I have no strenght in me atall. I could manage maybe 4 pushups and be sore afterwards :( Overall when I look in the mirror I think I look fine but i'm constantly getting ''your very small'' comments by friends, family and it's very annoying.

My main problem is i'v never been interested in sport and I suppose that has not helped my fitness.

I think I might just improve my diet it's all over the place and i'm kinda just eating anything that's there.

Soreness after the push ups might just be your muscles getting used to doing the work. It takes time (like days and weeks) to get used to doing them. Then it takes more time to improve on what you can do.

I could never do a pullup. I had to start by just hanging (for as long as my arms could hold me) about 3-4 times a day. Then after a while, I did 1/4 pull up, 1/2, 3/4 etc until I got as far as 7 (then I took a break and I'm back to about 1 now :))
