I had a look through the stickies/older threads. Didnt see a thread like this.

I just want to find out what ye listen to when when ye are resistance training and/or cardio training (running, swimming, rowing etc)

    Resistance Traning.
    Glitchmob - Animus Vox

Very heavy slow repetitive beat. Divided into choruses of beats, so its handy for repeated reps of weight training

    Cardio Training
Jon Hopkins - Open Eye Signal

Usually the aim when I run is to not collapse. I generally dont keep too much of an eye on my time or pace. I like listening to something a bit easy going with a slow enough consistent beat. Keeps me in a reflective mood. Sing by Four Tet would be another example
