    Hi There Folks,

    Background =

    Mon/Wed/Fri @ 6am - 35mins super sets rotating [Arms/Back][Chest/Shoulders][Legs] Very high intensity (10mins work/1mins break)

    Mon/Wed/Sat @ 7pm - Bootcamp class [25mins sprints/30mins metcon/tabitha work/HIIT]

    Go to the gym pretty much every day Mon-Fri and on workout days just do a few lengths of 20mtr pool and on rest days would do 40/50 lengths overarm.

    I also do a bit of mountain running too prob twice a week depending on how I'm feeling. Do some hiking and rock climbing also. Developed ITBS couple of months ago so trying to work on strengthening around hips glutes atm, so trying to limit long distance running.

    I am trying to drop down to low bodyfat so I am eating metabolic diet + very little sugar. (Since January I have lost approx 12 kilos (97kg to 85kg)

    This consists of grapefruit and protein for brekkie / salad for lunch and chicken/fish + veg + brown rice or spag bol with brown pasta.

    I've been reasonably good about sticking to the diet, but do like to put away a few fizzy beverages at the weekends :)

    I am currently taking =

    Glucosamine Sulphate
    Omega Fish Oil
    Vitamin D
    Pharmaton

    I was taking L-Carnitine but didn't really notice any major difference.

    Is there any other supplements I should be taking or should I drop any of these?

    I don't feel any fatigue really and get around 6hours sleep a night.
