    Could anyone please recommend a female personal trainer around the northside Dublin, possibly around the sentry/ ballymun /drumcondra area? thanks :)

    "GymFreak", the screen name of the person I'm referring to, Cuppycake.

    "Who posts on here", who writes messages on this forum, just like yours, and mine.

    "Is your only woman", is the female you should talk to in relation to personal training services, because;

    A) she is female
    B) she's around the area you outlined
    C) is an excellent trainer

    I apologise for your lack of comprehension and hope that clears it up.
