    Eh, the ESB could care less. They won't even mount a patrol at the weekends or bank holidays last I checked, only Mon-Fri office hours. :rolleyes:

    A few fines for litter would encourage the ESB to keep the area clean, for the greater good.

    there's been a patrol all through the heatwave, but he doesn't get too close as his life gets threatened by the friendly young folk.
