Thinking about joining cherrywood, just wondering if the PTs are any good? I'll be looking to get a program made and have been in gyms in the past where all they did was generic program's that suited the machine rathe the person.

Looking to shift about 3 stone, I know it diet needs to change. Any tips?
I can't see any stickies with good program's

No idea, I'd imagine the standard varies though, ask around inside the gym maybe for personal recommendations.

You've no obligation to use an internal PT, you can go to a good one elsewhere who can put something together you can do in BD. Dominic Munnelly in Sandyford would be my closest recommendation. I'm in the phone so no link but a quick google will find him.

Thanks I'll look him up. No point wasting hours in the gym doing the wrong stuff ,always worth while spending the extra few euro to get some good guidance

Absolutely, one session is a small price to pay for the value a good trainer will give you.

From experience I would recommend Colin, Rob or Aidan in BHAF in Sandyford. Get a program off them, and maybe weekly PT and do the rest in BD gym.
