So my girlfriends been absolutely wrecked the past week-had a cold, over tired, really pale. This is my challenge:

I'm off now in a few mins to pick up food that will help boost her back up. I'm looking to make a brunch and have Tesco, Aldi and Superquinn at my disposal. What would you suggest???

A meal with lots of iron? Calcium? Vitamin C?

Can anyone suggest a good lunch that will boost her for the day??

    Thanks in advance.

One lunch really probably isn't going to make a big difference.

Her whole diet probably needs to be sorted out.

Yep 100% but is there anything you could suggest?

Cut out processed foods and wheat.

Have a read of the stickies. There's some good readin' there about what you should eat.

If you are intent on giving her Vitamin C, note that peppers and tomatoes are better overall sources than oranges
