    Hey Guys

Have been here a while but only now have I managed to make my mind click !

4 days ago I had my last analog at 9am and since then just vaping, can't imagine having an analog now, happy days !!

Question for you guys who have switched completely, did you start to see yourself coughing up basically tar after a few days and what other stages did you see after that ?

Have started to feel clearer today and loving it, long may it continue ! :D

Didnt have any major issues with my lungs, slight increase in plegm for a few days but thats about it. Still get a craving from time to time but i just suck the life out of my device until its gone. Havent noticed much difference in my fitness levels cause i'm fat but i imagine they're buried in there somewhere.

Good to know, to be honest I had only ever used the ecig for a few hours then an analog and so on

For some reason I don't want an analog at all now, this is all good advice !

What strength liquid were you using for the previous 7 as a matter of interest ?

    :D

OP, I was coughing up awful shít for about three months afterwards. Seriously, brown shít, black shít, **** shít.

It just graduated towards no more shít.

The biggest stage for me was the getting-over-everything-else buzz. That calm feeling from a cigarette? No more.
I suffer from insomnia/mania sometimes and it used to take a cig to lighten the load, but now an ecig would make me stay up all night because there's no carbon monoxide cooling me down. That is a fùcking dose.

I quit the fags on the 9th of Jan this year. I haven't touched a real cig since. That's 157 days ... according to quit.ie! :D

Started on the plain ol' e-cigs, got the smoke-green starter pack - It was working, just - about a month later looked to step it up as my cravings were still present [though I hadn't smoked one]. Since I went further into it, and started buying some gear, plain simple stuff like a Vamo, a few different clearomizers ... trying different juices etc ... I haven't looked back. I cannot stand the stench of smoke now.

I was on and off them for about a year before finally no more fags, and was coughing up crap for about 6 months afterwards.

I started off on 24mg menthol liquid until my tastebuds were working correctly and I went from craving nicotine to craving better flavors.
