Opening new business, will I need PPI / IMRO licences?

    I'm opening a new business, and would like to have a TV on the wall playing music stations in the background.

    It will only really ever have about one or two people inside plus myself, I obviously will need a TV licence, but what about PPI / IMRO licences?
