Ultimate Core Routine

    Hey all,

    Just looking for some advice with regards to a core routine?

    I'd like to strengthen my hips, lower back and just generally my core, also would like to increase flexibility(have in recent months went from not beingable to touch my toes to being able to touch my toes:D)

    I'd also like to know, if its ok to do core work 4 times a week, or even 7 days a week?

    My current core work is something like this

    Mountain Climbers
    Plank
    Side Plank
    Burpee
    Bridge(Don't do it enough:o)
    Supermans
