Hi there, I hope the heading of this thread doesn't lead too many people to the wrong conclusion but basically I have a dreadful pain in my arse bone almost where my prostrate would be. I am not sure how it happened as I did some squatting for the first time in a long time on Tuesday. The pain is very bad when I am sitting down and try to get up or even just walking it hurts. Its like a sharp darting pain. I know it is vague but I am very frustrated as I was supposed to have a match tomorrow evening which I can't play and I am hoping it is nothing long term but its a very strange injury and is limiting my movement. I took a difene tablet but it didn't make much difference but the pain has slightly subsided as the day has gone on so obviously it is worse earlier in the day. Almost feels like I have ruptured something although i presume it is not.

Sounds like you should go to the doctor or physio. Don`t regret it in six months time. Get it sorted asap.
