Hi there, Just wondering if anyone could tell me what living in Castledermot is like?
We are a family of 2 adults & 2 kids with one on the way & are thinking of making the move as rent seems cheaper, houses better there & it is close to the motorway for commuting to the Curragh area daily.

Would love to find out a little more about the place though...there is just one primary school there (National School Mxd I think?)...and has it got enough amenities to do without, for example, needing a Tesco daily!?

It will be a couple of weeks before we get the chance to spin down & take a look around, we are talking with an estate agent at the moment about some properties, one catching our eye in Ard A Laoi...any news on this place perhaps?

Any information/tips would be greatly appreciated!

    Many thanks :)

Athy is another option...is there anywhere in particular I should steer clear of? Thanks!
