what welfare am i entitled to?

    im 18 ive been on jobseekers since february 2013. i finished my leaving cert last summer june 2012. i took the year off and want to do a 3rd level course in DIT. my parents live in abroad and im staying with my sister but shes also moving out of the country. in a month or two il have nowhere to stay. i was wondering what welfare am i entitled to? can i get the back to education allowance when i start college in september? or can i get rent allowance even though im in college? please help :(:(:(
