    I am looking for somebody to help me with diet and nutrition in the Dublin area.

    I am not very good at looking after myself when it comes to food and diet so I could do with the help I think.

    I suffer really bad pre-menstually so if you know if anybody that specialises in nutrition for PMS or women's health that would be great.

    Any nutritionalist suggestions appreciated.

    There is an option to search for qualified professionals in Ireland.
    There is also a range of fact sheets availble on the website that may be helpfull for whatever diet issues you are experiencing.
