exactly because I want one but I am unable to get one because sony are to busy out about hyping the ps4 up.....:rolleyes:

The thing is that I don't think they are. I think it's a case that they genuinely don't have the stock to match the demand in sales. Obviously they were going to restrict stock for launch etc, but I don't think they expected this much interest.

Apparently a few people who pre-ordered just the console on Amazon around the 28th of November were given a delivery date of the 18th of December, instead of the original after Christmas statement.

Mine was placed on the 6th of December and still says after Christmas but the message just says they'll update me with a delivery date as soon as they receive stock.

Is that with UPS, if yes you should have it tomorrow. It should leave Germany around 4am (3am local) and land here about 5:30 ish.

You do realise at least 15 of my mates ordered on the 2nd December on Amazon, Killzone bundle and Knack bundles, and all FIFTEEN have their consoles already?

Mine was ordered 22nd November, comes tomorrow. (Go figure)

Amazon kept their word.

Yeah was thinking that i have mine on pre order here in extra-vision for few months and they said during the week there 90% sure now that they will not be able to fulfill them orders till january. Sickened!

If they ordered on the 2nd of December, it means they managed to get their hands on the few bundles Amazon put up for sale which lasted half an hour.

Most people are talking about the pre-orders for just the console only, as they were the only preorders Amazon were taking.

Just clicked a link on Powercity website. First 60 get a console. Get a phone call and am offered one. This is for a friend looking for one. They told me they need it for xmas. So I tell them I have it, and if they want it to talk to them. Then precedes to tell me they can't get it till 19th at earliest. I say Cc. They say no.

Idiot!

The chances of getting one between 19th and 24th are very very slim.

Amazon said my pre order from august was lost, then they said a refund was on the way, I complained saying that they seem to be able to replace broken consoles, and provide people who have ordered a lot later than me with their consoles. Got no reply to that, but instead got an email showing that I ordered a PS4 today. Just the basic console, and not the kill zone , camera and extra controller that I wanted. No delivery date or anything.

Doubtful I will have the console before Christmas , I just hope the money is refunded to my account for the holidays , rather in their account and me left without either the PS4 or my money

Hey there! Regarding the PM I sent you I got a reply from them also and mine was shipped today so yours should be shipped using UPS in the next day or so! I only got confirmation of my delivery date this morning, around 24hours after they were preparing it for dispatch. Hope that helps!:o

in the last hour got a phone call saying that I am getting the original pack I ordered (killzone with camera and extra contoller) but at the basic pack price !! So my complaining worked !! Should be here Friday

Almost zero I'd say.

I originally had a preorder on the 6th of December and they said definitely after Christmas, apparently the preorder list is still huge and they won't have stock to fill the list.

Same as that, was assured and when i called yesterday was told possibly end of january! Knew should have went to one of the bigger outlets!
