I'm looking at the email over and over can't see nightline anywhere it does how ever say courier but the tracking is an post

I ordered from HN and was fairly certain I had chosen to collect from the store.
But I've heard nothing from them and when I view the order online it doesn't seem to say anything about collecting it but it does show the shipping address as my address. It also just says, "processed".
I wonder what's going on :o

Xbox was sent by An Post express delivery last week. Basically the same as getting it from a courier. You have to sign for it and all.

Ordered on amazon and payed extra for 1-2 day delivery but it is still at dispatching soon for over 12 hours,but I also ordered battlefield 4 during the week with free delivery and it has been dispatched with a tracking number.

When did you pre order? You should have gotten a order received and an order confirmed email from them. On the order received on the bottom left it will show store pickup and the address of the store. That's what mine shows. It also shows a shipping address
