Amazon are really breaking my balls. Order the mega bundle on the 14th so I'm meant to be in the before Christmas group.

I got the whole "this will be delivered after the 25th of December" thing and CS assured me it was a glitch and it would be before Christmas.

I haven't got an automated email either way, saying it will be delivered before Christmas or sometime afterwards.

Anyone else that ordered from Amazon not getting any automated emails? Not sure if it's a good or bad sign.

Past argos today in waterford and they have in the window they are getting PS4 in on the 29th

So argos will be getting PS4 in on Friday no idea how many as i only seen what they had in the window

But with Gamestop online i was charged last Thursday for my PS4 .....

They're well covered in that regard.......it is after all 1-2 Business Days, technically speaking.
Even if shipped early Thursday and not delivered until Monday, they're still within their delivery promise.
Sure Amazon even messed up with UK deliveries of the Xbox, with some UK residents not getting it day of release etc, so while I'd hope for a Friday delivery, I wouldn't be too upset if I've to wait until Monday.
Those are the breaks of ordering online IMO.

Gamestop - Ive had to re order with my card as paypal failed again. Money taken out straight away, not showing on there system just yet though.
Told that even though im reordering that Il keep my place in the cue and have the machine Friday.
I wouldn't just assume theyl charge you when its shipped as some people were charged as early as last Thursday. People who havent been charged yet and are using paypal should ring up, they didn't ring me when the purchase declined and didnt reply to my email and only for the call today I highly doubt Id have any chance of having my machine for Friday.

With how busy they are there not gona chase you down asking why the payment failed

I'm in the same boat I had to ring up the other day as well as my paypal failed
I was told the same about my place being kept
Now I'm glad I wasn't the only one I had fears of me not getting it this side of Christmas

Just had a call from Harvey Norman to see if I wanted anything else put aside with my bundle, as to avoid any rush on Friday.

Not bad service for an order placed on the 10th of October.

The Assassins Creed game and the DS4 Controller arrived from videogameplus.ca yesterday..

How on earth are they going to deliver it on or before Nov 30 is beyond me ...

maybe they are sending it from Dublin office? I ordered Assassins creed 4, dispatched on Monday, had it on Tuesday - super saver delivery ...

I think it would make sense to move few PS4s to Ireland and dispatch from here instead of UK - cheaper for Amazon I would think .. or maybe it's just what I wish for

Wife was just in Smyths LV, havent gotten their allocation yet but I was one of the first to prebook (10th of June) so guaranteed my solus console.

For those asking about the bundles, as far as I know they are doing:

- 450 for choice of game
- 500 for choice of game and controller

Probably going for 2nd option myself.

It's the one on their website 018135320 however from my calls yesterday I can safely say that it's only one person on the phones as it either rang out and said the person at extension xxx (always the same extension) was busy or when it was answered it was always the same girl.

Excellent thats a positive email from them i just emailed them myself. I love the mention of "the dispatch zone" sounds like somewhere exciting haha

They used courier services to get them to people on Saturday with the XB1, will probably be the same with the PS4, the only downside is you will have to be in the house all day.

Bit of hope I either get it Friday evening for Saturday morning via Parcel Motel.

Ordered some books from Amazon to test out the PM service and it ended up being delivered the Friday at 11PM. :P

do you know who they used for xbox one? UPS? I see UPS on Saturdays here in my town .. but not other couriers really ..

thats no problem, would ask my housemate to manage supply of hot tea for me and would sit in front of house all day ..

Lots of people panicking here,when reading posts like yours.Your situation may be unique,there will be lots of orders placed online.So it's normal for a few
to go a bit tit's up.But any console I've ordered from them online,they've taken the money on shipment.
But if it is a case that they have messed up with the online payments................................
