    Fruit, veg, meat, fish, lots of walks!

    Unless you're attempting to beat a physical addiction to drugs or alcohol, you don't need one.

    Sort out your diet (see post above for a reasonable template) and your body will sort out the rest.

    Cut all processed food and drinks totally. Drink more water. Get 8 hours sleep a night or whatever your own optimum amount is. Avail of the warmer summer air. Basically,just same as above.
