I bought this speaker two years ago so it is no longer under warranty. It is lighting up like it should, the power is fine but when I try to connect any bluetooth device to it it simply won't work. Someone has offered to take a look but said they need to see the user manual. Do any of you know where I could get this? I went on the Samsung UK website and the product is not listed so I can't process my query. I love this speaker and am dying to use it again as I don't think there is much wrong with it - I just think I'm being incredibly dim-witted and there is probably something really straightforward that I should be doing. Does anyone have a customer care Samsung address or any idea how I can lay my hands on the manual? Thanks in advance!!!
