Bill Sykes, portrayed by the late Oliver Reed in 'Oliver'.

Santino 'Sonny' LoSpecchio from a 'Bronx Tale'. He has redeeming features in that he continues to live by the code of honour of La Cosa Nostra when the new generation of Italian/American punks abandon it. His relationship with the main character 'C' is also intriguing.

Anton Chirgurh from 'No Country For Old Men', he's the guy you call when things go belly up, a ruthless character with no conscience. The game he plays with the gas station attendant is worth seeing the movie for alone.

    Harold Sakata,Oddjob in Goldfinger

Christopher Lee, Scaramanga in The Man with The Golden Gun.

All Bond movies I know but the baddies were sometimes better reason to watch the Bond stuff as the man himself.

I could probably make a separate list of bad guys that he's played. He was great in the fifth element, dracula and even in lost in space he's one of the few redeeming features.

Darth Vader, he’ll always have the coolest mask ever invented

Neil McCauley (De Niro in Heat), an ultra professional master criminal that got stuck with one last person to kill

Vincent (Collateral), I’m not really a fan on Tom Cruise but he’s the definition of coolness in this

Bill the Butcher, as usual Dey Lewis is amazing in every scene he’s in

T-1000 (Terminator 2), the world of fiction will never be able to come up with an advisory as difficult to kill

Anton Chigurh in No Country For Old Men is the only one that genuinely terrified me. I remember being in the cinema and almost shrinking in my seat every time he was on screen.

Hans Landa in Inglorious Basterds was brilliant too.
