Hi guys, just wondering if anyone else has this problem. Even though I struggle with Binge-Eating Disorder/bulimia, my stomach is fairly small. I find that i get full from less food than other people do. It's a problem because it triggers me. Portions in restaurants are especially a problem for me. I'm paying for the food so I don't want to waste it but the portions are huge. Does anyone else feel like their stomach is too small (whatever that means)?

Hi I know the reply is a few months off but I find that when I go really strict with my diet I cant eat big portions and get really full if I eat anything with a lot of carbs in it. I know its not the same but I know how you feel in that sense :)
In regards to eating out if you ask for a doggy bag, most places don't have a problem with it, they usually give you a box or something to put it in to bring home.

Also if your really concerned with the amount of food you can eat id maybe go see your doctor just clear your mind :)

I would suggest you are eating something that doesn't agree with you.

If I eat bread and pasta when out I eat tiny amounts before I feel bloated and full, often leading me to need a sleep after larger meals before I feel right.

However if I eat, meat and veg my appetite is enormous and I am almost always embarrassed by the amount I am putting away.

Try order less fillers - i.e. gluteny carp.
