Is this too much for one day?

Had a pretty active day yesterday which I felt fine after, and feel fine today, but I'm just wondering is it inadvisable to have such days. It'd only be this much once a week, other days would have similar, but not all together.

    13:00-13:50 - Pilates class
13:50-14:10 - Shoulder exercises (I've an injured shoulder at the moment so just light stuff)
    14:30-15:30 - Weights program
    15:30-15:45 - Cardio
16:00-16:30 - Steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Shower.

    19:00-20:30 - Yoga Class

    21:15-22:30 - Basketball

Given that everything I did is so different and working different parts, I don't feel it's too much myself. Just thought I'd post here to see what others think?

Seems a bit much but if you feel fine then fire away, nobody knows your body like yourself.

Make sure your nutrition is in check to support it.
Professional athletes would have a similar daily schedule. They just start a lot earlier and finish a lot earlier.

Eat and sleep lots if you intend to do that much regularly

Thanks folks, good to hear it's not too much :) I'm feeling the body a bit today, had physio rehab, a job where I was sweating buckets up and down 6 flights of stairs stairs lifting boxes and then yoga too, will take it easy enough today :)

If you plan to keep to this schedule long term then you do need to be smart about your rest and recovery. You'll get away with working hard for a while, but if you're not recovering properly, fatigue will build up. It happens slowly, but can knock you for six if you arent careful.

Thanks for the warning. Will try listen to my body and not overwork it if it feels sore and tired. Now I just need to figure out how to get more sleep :o
