Who is in charge of IT operations in SEAI?

If I want to search through all my certs for a specific one, the system hangs and I could go make a cup of coffee by the time it returns.

Also, why inst there a facility to allow you download a batch of certs at a time?

I suspect a huge some of tax payers money was/is being spent developing and supporting sites like this which are shoddy to say the least.

You probably feel a lot better after getting that off your chest so why not contact SEAI directly and ask them who is in charge of their IT operations :)

    /\ True.

I always find it helps to remember that these guys salaries are guaranteed by Croke Park the Germans. :pac::pac::pac:

Ok, fair enough... I needed to vent!

Another thing... in todays world of smart phones and tablets they have made no effort at making a mobile app.

Ok, I'll save my energy and pick up the phone tomorrow.

ive noticed up to a couple of weeks ago the lag on the site was ridiculous.
It would time out 2 or 3 times.

lately however they seem to have rearranged it somewhat so that after you publish, you go straight to the "search" page. This has sped it up a bit.
although i could never understand why it went straight from publish to "NYP" page?? then youd have to selected "public"..... never made any sense.

ive a few to publish to day, 7 i think, so ill post here later about the lag times :P
