I'm looking for a gym or physio clinic that has Cryotherpy Ice Bath's for injury recovery in South Dublin.

    Can anyone help please?

    Any help folks?

Carton House and Whites in Wexford are the only 2 i know of.

A dip in the sea will do the job and a lot cheaper! Plus you can have a pee while you're at it!

I read something somewhere recently that basically questioned any benefit to ice baths at all, cant remember where I saw it

Ice baths are pointless for injury recovery. Also you can just rig one up in the house if you have a tub. Just get some bags of ice and half fill the tub with cold water and top up with 5-6bags of ice.
