    Hi all,

    Going away tomorrow for three months so won't have access to a gym. I was just wondering if someone could recommend a good programme for maintaining my muscle. I will be doing enough running over there for cardio but it is just for maintaining muscle. So would press ups/dips and the likes be enough?
