    Hi,

    I am wondering if anyone has any idea of roughly how many calories a 2- min session of this burns?

    I have done 3 sessions now and also using the MyFitnessPal app and would like to be able to record the workout on this. I have searched the web and also asked the instructors but no one seems to know.

    Any help greatly appreciated :)

    Nobody can tell you that. It depends on your height/weight, the intensity of the workout etc.

    To get a good approximate buy yourself a heart rate monitor.

    0-miniscule amount that wont have any effect, your body isn't doing any work, it's the EMS belt causing the contraction! Ditch it as they're only really useful for rehabilitation purposes!

    I just spotted she said 2min. Yea don't bother logging anything that insignificant. It's like logging that you washed the dishes.

    Sorry only getting a chance to reply now and realised the typo in original post it should say 20 mins!!

    The reason I've turned to this is I slipped 2 discs before Christmas so am very limited in what I can do as that area is very weak. In the 4 weeks I have been doing it I have noticed increased strenght and movement in my back and have also been toning up around my core.
