Who to see for ongoing shoulder injury/issues?

Not looking for medical advice but looking for advice on which type of medical practitioner to use.

I’ve had ongoing issues with my right shoulder (mainly my rotator cuff and lat) for the last couple of years since a car crash but the episodes of injury seem to be getting more frequent and the area of injury seems to be getting larger (i.e. it now seems to include the area between my shoulder blades, my right ribs and, more recently, my right hip).

I just want this sorted once and for all and I don’t know who to go to. I’ve tried a couple of physiotherapists, a chiropractor, seen a neurosurgeon (who pretty much said I was fine), and my GP is useless (she just told me to give up training permanently forever). I think I need someone who has experience with sports/strength training themselves so they understand where I’m coming from. Any recommendations?

Edited to add - At this stage I'd be open to just about anything so unconventional suggestions are also welcome.

Have you seen a sports physio?

One of the physios I saw advertised herself as a sports physio (she is attached to a gym) but she wasn't much good. I then used another physio who wasn't sports related at all.

These are out in Santry. Probably the best place you're gonna find.
