    Hey there,
    I've started on a weights programme, and I'm just wondering about stretching. I do it before I run etc, and I imagine they're important for weight training too, but I don't know what it'd entail. I'm not doing anything too crazy, just some dumbells and those weight machine thingies.

    Actually, here's a programme I want to incorporate into my sessions. Is it any good?
