Just trying to put together a rough meal plan for the week and was wondering how to spread calories between meals...

    Rough calorie needs 2750

Read a lot of things that conflict one another...One thing says breakfasts of 500 kcals are good and should be used, others say that its too much:confused:

Doesn't matter when you eat them tbh.

Go with what is good for you. Personally for me I could skip breakfast and have my first feed of the day (At about 1pm) of about 800calories.

    Trial and error.

Well the simplest thing to do would be to divide the totals cals by number of meals your having a day then use that figure to start with.

If you're not experienced in this then start simple for a couple of weeks then you can tailor it more.

Assuming five meals a day it works out at 550cals per meal which is fine, think a normal sandwich is about 450cals you wouldn't bat an eye if you had an sandwich or similiar for breakfast.
