Looking forward to seeing ye all here today. If ye can't make the tourney, the cash tables will be running till the wee small hours, with some great value ;);) expected at them.

Organizers were very pleased with the turnout. There were 43 players turned up, with 3 bikes taken adding up to a prizepool of €3,910. Everybody seemed to enjoy the night & the craic was mighty. All we can say about the 2 cash tables that ran till the wee hours was that it was very easy to calculate the rake.

A deal was done at the final table to take €300 from 1st & 2nd places, and to pay places 7 to 9 €100 each. These are all the final table payouts.

    1st Darren Daly, Nenagh €1,300.
    2nd Philip Quinlan, Kilruane €800.
3rd Mike Ryan (Monars), Toome €600.
4th Enda Bourke, The Mines €400.
    5th Seamus Maher, Templetohey, €300.
    6th Marty Ryan, Toome €200.
    7th Joe Ryan, Puckane €100.
    8th Richard Loughnane, Roscrea €100.
    9th Paul Meagher, Toome €100.

Thanks to everyone who helped on the night, especially all the dealers & TD Eddie who did a great job. Thanks also to anybody who helped us out with chips/tables etc, and to The Tipperary Inn for the use of the venue and for the ample tasty food provided at the break. Seeing as the game was such a success we may run it again later on in the year.
