Most used monitor size

What is the most used monitor sizes for computers, designing a site atm, once it goes to 1000x620 the nav messed up a wee bit but anything over that it displays perfectly.

Should I really worry about one monitor size if it displays correctly on all other monitors?

You mean any width below 1000px? That's not one monitor size, that's loads. You're excluding a lot of mobile devices there. And you don't care about monitor size, you care about browser window size, a lot of people don't browse with their windows maximized. Your site certainly shouldn't just 'break' because the browser window is narrow.

Oh no I have it laid out on tablet and mobile, its just the desk top sizes starting at 1000px in width

...what size does the tablet layout stop at?

Going with the dreamweaver fluid layouts tablet is 592px and 768px in width their all working fine, its literally just the 1000px monitor size.

Haven't tested it been working with the sizes that dreamweaver gives at first then going to go back in and make sure it'll work on all the other sizes.

Yeah, it's broken from 769px to 1000px. And yes, people do use browser windows of those sizes
