open gyms

are there any dublin (south) gyms you can go to which do not require a membership and also have a squat rack and bench?

I used to train with a friend who is also a PT/competitive powerlifter.

But recently I have had to change gyms so I cant train with him anymore.

Id like to meet up with him for a session, but I cant go to his gym and he cant go to mine.

Are there any gyms which will do a drop in rate?
The squat rack is a must I think

Lucan ben dunne gym and Im presuming all ben dunne gyms are the same 10euro at the door lucan definitely has squat racks give your nearest a ring and ask but from experience theyre well equipped

Ive emailed ben dunnes asking about this, im pretty sure they dont do it in every gym.

If so then it works out great cos we used to both be members of jervis, and he still is.

Ill check out the other gyms later, thanks for the info.
