Coming up on our penultimate show this week, comedian Francesa Martinez, who considers herself wobbly rather than having cerebral palsy, will be in ahead of her Irish tour to tell us why she thinks anyone who says they’re normal is a freak!

The doyenne of the bonk buster, Jilly Cooper, will be in to tell us why she’s cutting down on sex in her books.

Broadcaster and first time novelist Dawn O’ Porter will be in to tell us about her book “Paper Aeroplanes†and about how married life to Irish actor Chris O’ Dowd is treating her.

Writer Colm Keane will be in to talk about near death experiences and his own mortality.

Music on the night will be performed by Ham Sandwich who will be playing their fantastic single, Models. Tune in at 9.45pm and enjoy!!

Good Lord above, can we please have a break from the misery items :( Brendan is getting as bad as Tubs.

Colm Keane is currently battling cancer for the second time. He and his wife, RTE newscaster, Una O'Hagan lost their only child on Christmas Day 2007. He was only 20 and he died from cancer :(

    :(

No offence to any guest appearing on the show tonight, especially if they have a sad tale to tell, but I do think BOC show needs to be totally lighthearted - at the very least it confuses the audience if it's not.

We all expect TLLS to be a confused bunch of nonsense these days as the producers couldn't produce a boiled egg, no less a decent TV show, but Shirley, Shirley, BOC could differentiate itself, Shirley?:p

    + 100%

I've heard Colm Keane interviewed on radio on a number of occasions and he comes across very well, he's a very interesting man. I couldn't begin to imagine the pain and heartbreak that he and his wife Una have suffered in the last few years. My heart goes out to them. It's every parent's nightmare to lose a child but that loss must be even greater when it's your only child :(

I just wish that one of our weekend chat shows could be a misery free zone, we need at least one fun chat show, something along the lines of Graham Norton's show.

Such a hard choice when you are able to make a decision, the olden days were so much easier, you got what you were given.

Focus on what she's saying, not on what you're feeling, that's a hard one I know, but worth trying. It worked for me.:)

Hands like brillo pads:eek::eek: Gamely old bird :eek: I'm finding this a lot more uncomfortable than the last interview:eek::eek:

Jilly has been married to same man for 50 years but he had a six year affair during the 90s. They're still together though.

Uncomfortable is the word I came on to type here also. Shes laughing at all her pervy little comments but its just a little ugh. And Brendan isnt helping by saying shes a gamey bird. Not to be ageist but she hobbled in and now theres this ridiculous commentary. Not enjoyable viewing.

How did the whole Jimmy Saville thing stay out of the news for decades, in the age of cash from tabloids in the 80's and 90's it doesn't make logical sense.
